Join Us for Our Exciting
29th Season of Song!
Arnprior Community Choir in 2020
We are thrilled to be back for more joyful singing with the Arnprior Community Choir! It will be hard to top last year's sold-out concerts, but we are up to the challenge with an exciting lineup this season.
The Arnprior Community Choir has always had a goal of providing entertainment throughout the local area through presentations of a variety of music to organizations and groups; hiring young emerging soloists originally from the Ottawa Valley who are developing their musical careers; and providing choral music that both challenges and entertains its membership in an enthusiastic and uplifting rehearsal. Please join us for our 29th season in making a joyous sound!

About the Arnprior Community Choir
A little history . . . The Arnprior Community Choir (ACC) was first established in 1991 as a course within the night school Continuing Education program at the Arnprior District High School. This support allowed the community choir to create a “home” in which to develop and flourish as a musical ensemble. Founded by the current musical director, Lisa Webber, the choir quickly doubled, then tripled in membership, and has become a mainstay in the cultural arts community scene.
For the full story of this amazing choir, see

Today's ACC . . . The size of the choir now varies from 65 to 95 members, both men and women, with ages ranging from 14 to 83! With the 2019-20 session, the choir will rehearse for three concerts: one in December 2019, one in March 2020, and one in May 2020 (Dessert Musicale)
Choir members meet Tuesday nights at the Arnprior Legion at 49 Daniel Street in Arnprior from 7:30 to 9:30 to rehearse.
The 2019-20 session will be the 29th year for the ACC.
Registration: Registration for the fall 2019-20 session is closed. Registration for the winter 2019-20 session will take place on January 14, 2020 at 7:30 pm.
Cost of membership: $110.00 for both fall and winter sessions, paid in full in September; $60.00 for just one session. You may pay with cash or a cheque made out to the
"Arnprior Community Choir".
Please note: Should you register and pay for a session (or both sessions) and decide later to withdraw, refunds are only available up to September 30th for the fall session and up to January 31st for the winter session.
New members: New members are always welcome -- whether Soprano, Alto, Tenor, or Bass. You are not required to audition, and no previous experience is needed. Although it would be great if you can read music, it’s not essential. What we most look for from our members is a love of singing and a commitment to attend each rehearsal session and concert.
