Black Folder/Binder

For the concert, your music is to be placed in a black folder or  binder. You can buy a "professional" choral folder online or at a music store.

Alternatively, you can buy a black binder from a stationary store, such as the Avery® Economy Round-Ring Binder, 1-1/2" in black at Staples.

Remember: if you buy a three-ring binder, you
MAY NOT punch holes in your music to fit the rings.

Important Notes from Music Librarian, Gail Timms
It is important that you take good care of the sheet music you will receive so that we can use it year after year.
We ask that you Please:
  • Do not punch holes in your music sheets.
  • Do not use a marker or pen on your music sheets.
  • Use the pencils provided to make notes INSIDE the music sheets.
  • Do not mark anything on the front cover of your music – there is paper in your envelope for notes.
  • Do not write on the envelopes – we recycle these.
  • Return your music immediately after the concert.

Please refrain from wearing any scents (perfume, cologne, scented products, etc.) at our rehearsals and concerts. We are in very close quarters and many are sensitive to scents.
Remember: No scents makes good sense!
